The garden runs straight down to the Breede and our brand-new private jetty, with stand-up paddle boards and a kayak ready to go. Morning coffee comes with mist on the water.
A built-in braai, a Weber, and a fire pit with comfy seats. End the day in the wood-fired Carbo hot tub under the stars.
Sleeps 11: three queen bedrooms (two en-suite, two opening onto the deck) and a kids' bunk room with five single beds.
High vaulted ceilings, a fireplace for winter nights and a fully equipped kitchen, all opening straight onto the deck and the river view.
A huge, fully fenced riverside garden means pets are welcome, and kids can run free while you relax on the loungers.

Birdwatching, river cruises, the historic hand-drawn pont, wine tasting at Sijnn next door, and the beaches of Witsand and Infanta nearby.
Two shipping containers and a riverside garden on Sijnn Winery Road, about 3.5 hours from Cape Town, fully rebuilt after the May 2026 flood.
We're fully off-grid: solar power, gas geysers and gas cooking, so no load-shedding. Just you, the river and the stars.
